Bask Iyer

Bask Iyer leads Industry Solutions for VMware. He joined VMware in March 2015 as the Chief Information and Chief Digital Transformation Officer leading the global information and technology organization in managing critical technology systems supporting VMWare worldwide business operations and driving digital transformation. He also led M&A integration and SaaS transformation. From 2016 to 2018, he held a dual CIO role, also serving as the EVP and CIO of Dell Technologies, in charge of digital commerce solutions and executing on the integration of Dell and EMC. From 2018 to July 2019, he also held responsibility, as general manager, for Edge/IoT for Dell Technologies. Prior to joining VMware, Iyer served as senior vice president and CIO at Juniper Networks, Group CIO and company officer at Honeywell, and held senior IT roles in Glaxo SmithKline and Johnson & Johnson.
